Baseline Longevity Wellness (“Baseline”) is a personal wellness app made by Mark Hinschberger, an independent developer. This policy explains what the app reads, where that information goes, and the choices you have.
Baseline only reads the data you choose to connect:

Baseline never writes to Apple Health.
Baseline keeps your data in its private storage on your iPhone, protected by iOS data protection. If you sign in to WHOOP, the sign-in token is kept in the iPhone Keychain. Like any app’s data, it can be included in your own iPhone backups (iCloud or computer), which you control.
We do not sell, rent or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing. Apple Health data is never used for anything except showing you your own insights. Information only leaves your iPhone when you send it yourself, for example by exporting your visit brief as a PDF and sharing it with your doctor.
When you connect WHOOP by signing in, your iPhone downloads your WHOOP data directly from WHOOP’s servers, under WHOOP’s privacy policy. One step of the sign-in, swapping WHOOP’s one-time sign-in code for access keys, passes through our server so our app’s WHOOP key never has to live on your phone. That server passes the keys straight back to your iPhone and stores nothing. Your health data never goes through it.
We count visits to our website with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, doesn’t follow you to other sites and doesn’t identify you. We see totals such as page views, countries and referring sites.
If you join the beta waitlist on our website, we store the email address you enter, the date, and your browser’s language. We use it only to send beta invites and launch news, and never sell or share it. It is kept in our database provider’s secure cloud storage, separate from the app. Ask us to remove it at any time using the contact below. Apart from the anonymous visit counts above, this is the only information we collect, and it never includes health data.
Baseline is a wellness app. It compares your signals to your own normal and helps you prepare questions for your doctor. It does not diagnose, treat or predict any condition and is not a substitute for professional medical care.
Baseline is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
